It means that our amazing Tour Co-ordinators not only book all your flights, coaches, venues, activities, accommodation, meals and yes snacks too! They also accompany you on the tour to escort the group and continue to look after all of the check-ins, paperwork (think flights, activity waivers, special diets, etc), transportation and help sort out any minor issues or dramas that may arise. Our On Tour Co-ordinators also provide all of the commentary throughout the tour, allowing the coach drivers to concentrate on driving the coach safely without the distraction of speaking on the microphone and pointing out places of interest etc.
