Providing quality educational tours and school excursions

EducaTours of Australia have an extensive range of services that provide their client's a safe, enjoyable and well-prepared tour experience. 


Some of our most notable services are Tour Customisation, On Tour Co-Ordinators, Pre-Tour Information Meetings and assistance with development of School Curriculum Plan & School Excursions. 


All of these services are provided to ensure that parents, students and teachers are kept informed and free from worry prior to and during the trip.

Itinerary Co-Ordination

Every Tour Itinerary is individually tailored to suit each school's particular requirements. After discussions to establish which places of interest a school would like to visit, we customise the tour itinerary accordingly. All tour arrangements & school excursions in NSW, including bookings and admissions for the educational institutions, places of interest and other activities included in the itinerary, are then made and co-ordinated by our staff, both before and during the tour, allowing teachers to be free of all the worries associated with the preparation of such a tour.

On Tour Co-Ordination

A Tour Co-Ordinator is provided on each coach, in addition to the coach driver, so that the driver can safely concentrate on the driving while our tour co-ordinator ensures that all other arrangements are completed. This allows teachers to be free of all the worries associated with the on tour arrangements. Our Tour Co-Ordinators' knowledge of the area allows them to give an informative and entertaining commentary throughout the tour also. All Tour Co-Ordinators hold current Queensland Government Suitability Cards.

Accommodation

Accommodation arrangements are made by our team. All linen requirements (including towels) are provided by most accommodation facilities that we use and recommend for our tours.

Meals

Meals of breakfast, lunch and dinner (including whilst in transit - where applicable) are arranged by our staff also, unless otherwise specified. Most special diets can be catered for - with prior notice.

Coach Travel

All coach travel is on board modern 5 star air conditioned coaches which vary in size. We work with reputable coach companies for educational tours and excursions.

Coaches supplied have a wide range of features including reclining seats that are fitted with lap/sash seat belts for passenger comfort and safety. Other features of the coaches include panoramic windows, tv/dvd, stereo, and public address system for passenger entertainment.

Coach Drivers

Coach Drivers who assist with our tours are selected for their extensive touring knowledge and experience. They all hold a current Queensland Transport License, Driver Authorisation and Snow License (where applicable) and operate under the requirements of the Queensland Transport, Roads and Traffic Authority or other governing bodies, which may apply.

  • Air Travel

    Air travel to and from a destination can also be arranged (where possible) with the remainder of the tour being completed by coach travel.

  • All Inclusive Tour Costs

    The prices that we quote are an all inclusive cost which includes all coach travel, all meals of breakfast, lunch and dinner (including whilst in transit - where applicable), all accommodation (including all linen), all admission costs to all educational institutions, all places of interest and all other activities included in the itinerary. For schools visiting the snowfields, we also include the hire of warm waterproof clothing for use whilst in the snow as well as the hire of all equipment - where applicable. This means that parents know exactly how much the tour is going to cost, as it is all paid for in advance.

  • Pre-Tour Information Meeting

    As part of the organisation of every tour program, we are happy to attend a Pre-Tour Information meeting with parents and students. 


    We can also pass on various suggestions, which make the tour more enjoyable. These meetings are also a great opportunity to show parents what their child will be doing while away on tour, the educational value they will receive by being involved in the tour, and it's also an opportunity for parents to ask questions about the tour directly to our staff.

  • Complimentary Momentos

    All passengers receive a complimentary: Group Photograph, Sports Water Bottle and Warm Beanie (winter tours).
